POLICIES
A five-night minimum stay is required from January to April; during Christmas period a 7-night minimum stay is required.
If you wish to include this option: breakfast-lunch / breakfast-dinner during your stay, please add 75 usd per night per person to the rate.
Daily rates are in USD, they are applied in local currency, per suite per night, single or double occupancy -only on exceptions 3rd person 100usd per night in the same suite- and are subject to a 15% federal tax, 2% statement tax and 10% service charge on rooms, food & beverages.
At the time of booking, a 2 nights minimum deposit (plus taxes) is required to guarantee the reservation. A deposit of $1000 is required on all packages.
American Express, Visa, Master Card and checks are accepted. Deposit checks should be sent to: Cantotel, SA de CV, Camino Escénico a Playa la Ropa s/n, Zihuatanejo, Gro. Mexico 40880.
Deposit 100% refundable if reservation is cancelled or changed 30 days prior to the arrival date, from April 16 - December 14 and 60 days from December 15 - April 15.
Any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date will result in a penalty for the full stay.
Additional restrictions may apply throughout the year. Policies are subject to change without previous notice.
Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m. Check out is at 1:00 p.m. daily.
For early arrivals and late departures we can provide the hospitality suite.
No children under 16 years are accepted.
Please no pets.
